273.453 Submission of block grant application to Legislative Research Commission

-- Contents of application.
(1)The state administering agency shall submit any block grant application under the
federal act for the following fiscal year to the Legislative Research Commission no
less than ninety
(90)days prior to the date of submission, as required by federal law,
of the block grant application to the federal administering agency. The application
and other material submitted to the Commission shall conform to the requirements,
standards and criteria prescribed in KRS 273.430 to 273.448 and KRS 45.351,
45.3511 and 45.353. The review and processing of the application shall be in
conformance with the provisions of KRS 45.352, 45.353 and 45.354.
(2)The state administering agency shall submit annually an actual use and distribution
report to the Commission as provided by KRS 45.357. Furthermore, the state
administering agency shall comply with the block grant status report requirements
of KRS 45.357.
