238.567 Powers and duties of peace officers to deal with unlicensed charitable

gaming. All peace officers, on being informed or having reason to believe that charitable gaming not authorized under this chapter is taking place or is about to take place, shall suppress and prevent it. For this purpose, any peace officer may enter any place where any unlicensed charitable gaming is being conducted or about to be conducted and may arrest without a warrant any person who does not submit satisfactory proof that he or she possesses the necessary license required by this chapter.
