prescriptions -- Waiver. The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A that establish security requirements for all prescriptions written by practitioners. The administrative regulations shall include a procedure to obtain a waiver for prescription blanks that provide substantially equivalent protection against forgery.
