(1)Each structural pest management company and employer of a noncommercial
applicator shall be responsible for the actions of every person who acts as its
employee or agent in performing structural pest management services.
(2)The department shall have authority at reasonable times during regular business
hours to examine and test any and all chemicals stored for the purpose of being used
for prevention or control of wood destroying organisms or general pests.
(3)The department shall have the authority to inspect equipment and all storage and
disposal areas.
(4)The department shall have the authority at reasonable times during regular business
hours to inspect and observe the manner in which a particular pesticide is applied to
ensure that it is being done according to the registered label.
