(1)The State Board of Nursing shall have sole jurisdiction regarding any complaint
relating to the practice of a registered nurse practicing under the nurse's nursing
license in the prehospital setting for an ambulance service providing basic or
advanced life support services.
(2)This section shall not preclude or limit the filing of civil litigation in a court of
appropriate jurisdiction.
