medical child support order. If a child has health coverage through the insurer of a noncustodial parent, the insurer is required:
(1)To provide information to the custodial parent as necessary for the child to obtain
benefits for the coverage;
(2)To permit the custodial parent or provider, with the custodial parent's approval, to
submit claims for covered services without the approval of the noncustodial parent;
and
(3)To make payment on claims submitted in accordance with subsection
(2)of this
section directly to the custodial parent, the provider, or the Medical Assistance
Program.
