-- Duties and responsibilities concerning delivery of care using telehealth. There is hereby created a Division of Telehealth Services within the Office of Inspector General to be headed by a director appointed by the secretary pursuant to KRS 12.050. The division shall:
(1)Provide guidance and direction to healthcare providers delivering care using
telehealth;
(2)Develop guidance, resources, and education to help promote access to healthcare
services in the Commonwealth;
(3)Assist the Cabinet for Health and Family Services with the implementation of KRS
211.334; and
(4)Provide the Department for Medicaid Services with any additional information
deemed relevant by the division for inclusion in the report required by KRS
211.334(3).
