(1)The cabinet and any of its departments, divisions, offices, boards, commissions, and
any other organizational unit whether incorporated or attached that maintains a
generally accessible website or for which a generally accessible website is
maintained shall include the following at the top of the webpage and in a manner
approved by the Commonwealth Office of the Ombudsman:
(a)A link to the website of the Commonwealth Office of the Ombudsman;
(b)The telephone number for the Commonwealth Office of the Ombudsman; and
(c)An email address for the Commonwealth Office of the Ombudsman.
(2)The cabinet shall provide the Commonwealth Office of the Ombudsman with read-
only access to any group email inboxes where complaints are received so that the
Commonwealth Office of the Ombudsman may assist individuals with their
complaints.
