(1)The department shall transmit, on a quarterly basis, electronic data to the General
Assembly through the Legislative Research Commission giving a fiscal-year-to-date
funding status report on the highway construction contingency account established
under KRS 45.247.
(2)The report shall include:
(a)The available budget of the account;
(b)Authorizations by funding code category;
(c)The total available balance in the account; and
(d)For the most recent quarter, a listing of individual projects and agreements
authorized, including the location, a physical description, and amount of
authorization.
