(1)State colleges and universities and the Kentucky Community and Technical College
System shall provide information on how to prevent the transmission of the human
immunodeficiency virus consistent with the Centers for Disease Control guidelines,
to all freshmen and transfer students.
(2)Each state technical institution, community college, or university shall inform
students of the name and telephone number of a technical institution, community
college, college, or university counselor trained to counsel persons about the human
immunodeficiency virus.
