(1)A person shall not take or attempt to take wildlife with a firearm, bow, or crossbow,
if the person is manifestly under the influence of alcohol or any controlled
substance, and the person:
(a)May endanger himself or herself or other persons or property; or
(b)Is engaging in any behavior specified in subsection (1)(a) to
(d)of KRS
525.060.
(2)A peace officer may arrest a person for violating subsection
(1)of this section.
