(1)No administrative body other than the Legislative Research Commission shall
publish administrative regulations unless permission is granted by the Legislative
Research Commission and the administrative regulations are enclosed in a booklet
or binder on which the words "informational copy" are clearly stamped or printed.
(2)Copies of the Administrative Register and the Kentucky Administrative Regulations
Service shall be provided to a member of the General Assembly only upon the
request of the member.
