code of ethics. An agency that is directed by statute to adopt a code of ethics shall be exempt from KRS Chapter 11A upon the effective date of an Act of the General Assembly creating the agency's code of ethics or upon the effective date of an administrative regulation that creates the agency's code of ethics.
