83-221. Dispensing devices and vehicle tanks; inspections, tests, certifications to be made in compliance with chapter 83. All inspections and tests to inspect, test and seal, certify or reject any dispensing device or the capacity of any vehicle tank used in the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas, motor-vehicle fuels or liquid fuels shall be made in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
