83-208. Inspections. The secretary may, during normal business hours, enter any premises or vehicle in or on which any weights, measures, balances, devices used for weighing, measuring or both, dispensing devices or electric vehicle supply equipment, subject to the requirements of this chapter or any related records required pursuant thereto may be located or used for the purpose of inspecting, testing and sealing or rejecting the same or as otherwise necessary for the administration of this chapter.
