80-919. Same; election; site; erection; tax levy, limitation. Upon the receipt of such petition the township board shall call an election at which the question of the acquiring of a site for and the building of a chapel as provided hereinbefore shall be submitted to the electors of the township, at which election the proposition submitted shall be "Shall the township build and maintain a chapel in connection with the township cemetery at an initial cost of __________ dollars?" If the majority of the votes cast at said election shall favor such proposition to construct and operate a chapel the township board shall proceed to procure a site for such chapel adjacent to the cemetery not exceeding one acre in area and to build and maintain a suitable building for a chapel thereon.
The mode of acquiring the site shall be by purchase, donation and contribution, condemnation, or gift. The board of township commissioners is authorized and empowered to levy a tax sufficient to pay for the site and erect the building thereon: Provided, That in no event shall the combined cost of the site and the building exceed the amount of money to be raised by an annual levy of two mills on every dollar of taxable property in the township for a period of five
