80-506. Same; resolution; records subject to destruction. The board of any township may, by resolution adopted by a majority vote of its members, authorize the township officer in charge thereof to destroy any of the following records, documents or papers which have been on file for a period of ten
(10)years or more: Bookkeeping records, claim vouchers, purchase orders, paid warrants and paid warrant-checks, bank statements, budgets, trustee's and treasurer's annual reports.
