80-2029. Same; general obligation bonds; special assessments; revenue bonds; conditions. General obligation bonds issued under the provisions of this act shall be payable out of special assessments levied against each lot and parcel of ground in said sewage district in the manner provided by K.S.A. 80-2007 , or acts amendatory thereof. Said bonds shall be general obligations of said entire sewage district as provided in K.S.A. 80-2006 and 80-2012 , or acts amendatory thereof, and shall mature within the period provided for and otherwise governed by the provisions of those sections.
Revenue bonds issued hereunder shall be payable exclusively from the revenues derived from the operation of said sewage system and shall be issued and paid and charges shall be imposed in accordance with the provisions of article 12 of chapter 10 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and any amendments thereto.
