80-1604. Terms of bonds. Any bonds issued under the terms of this act shall mature serially or otherwise within a maximum period of forty
(40)years from the date of issue and shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed the maximum rate of interest prescribed by K.S.A. 10-1009 and the provisions of K.S.A. 10-112 and K.S.A. 10-113 shall not apply to this act.
