8-281. Same; penalty for violations. Any person violating any provision of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or be sentenced to the county jail for not more than six
(6)months or both such fine and imprisonment.
