8-199a. Unlawful to remove notice required to be attached to rebuilt vehicles; penalty. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, obliterate or alter any notice required to be attached to a rebuilt salvage vehicle, as defined under K.S.A. 8-197 , and amendments thereto, in accordance with paragraph
(3)of subsection
(f)of K.S.A. 8-198 , and amendments thereto. A violation of this section shall be a class A nonperson misdemeanor.
