8-1727. Alternate road-lighting equipment on certain vehicles; limitations on speed. Any motor vehicle may be operated under the conditions specified in K.S.A. 8-1703 when equipped with two
(2)lighted lamps upon the front thereof capable of revealing persons and vehicles one hundred
(100)feet ahead in lieu of lamps required in K.S.A. 8-1724 or 8-1726 : Provided, That at no time shall it be operated at a speed in excess of twenty-five
(25)miles per hour.
