8-1705. Head lamps on motor vehicles.
(a)Every motor vehicle shall be equipped with at least two
(2)head lamps with at least one
(1)on each side of the front of the motor vehicle, which head lamps shall comply with the requirements and limitations set forth in this article.
(b)Every head lamp upon every motor vehicle manufactured or assembled after July 1, 1959, shall be located at a height of not more than fifty-four
(54)inches nor less than twenty-four
(24)inches to be measured as set forth in subsection
(b)of K.S.A. 8-1704 .
