77-421b. Proposed rules and regulations; copy for joint committee. As soon as possible after the filing of any proposed rules and regulations by a state agency as required by subsection
(a)of K.S.A. 77-421 , and amendments thereto, the secretary of state shall submit to the joint committee on administrative rules and regulations one copy of the proposed rules and regulations. Upon completion of the sixty-day comment period required by K.S.A. 77-421 , and amendments thereto, the secretary of state may discard copies of the proposed rules and regulations that are subject to the comment period.
