77-131. Kansas Statutes Annotated; preparation, printing and binding; preservation of type. After the adjournment of the regular session of the legislature of 1963, the revisor of statutes, in accordance with the provisions of this act, shall edit and prepare for the printing and publication of a compilation of all the general statutes of Kansas in force, including those enacted by the budget session of 1962 and the regular session of 1963, which shall be designated as the "Kansas Statutes Annotated.
" Said statutes shall be printed and bound by the state printer in the manner specified by the revisor of statutes pursuant to the provisions of this act. The state printer shall save and preserve all of the type used in printing said statutes for use in reprinting any of said volumes, when the same shall become necessary.
