76-444. Same; conditions; acceptance. Inasmuch as partial consideration for the foregoing lease is contemplated to be the deeding of approximately eight
(8)acres of land by the endowment association to the state for the use of Kansas state college, such lease shall be approved as to form by the attorney general, and said lease shall not become effective until abstracts of title for such real estate of the endowment association shall be furnished with the approval of the attorney general thereto that the title is good, clear, and free of all liens and encumbrances, together with general warranty deeds conveying a fee simple and unconditional title to the state of Kansas for such real estate, approved by the attorney general. The state board of regents is hereby authorized to accept in the name of Kansas and for the use and benefit of the Kansas state college of agriculture and applied science, the conveyance of such real estate.
