[Last paragraph of section retained as follows: "The title to the lands heretofore granted to the state for the Dodge City forestry station, which has been discontinued and abandoned by the state for the purposes for which the same was granted, no appropriation for the same being herein provided, shall revert to the original grantors, the county of Ford."]
