76-396. Nursing positions at medical center; unclassified services, rights and benefits. Nursing positions at the university of Kansas medical center which are placed in the unclassified service under subsection
(f)of K.S.A. 75-2935 and amendments thereto, as amended by this act, shall continue to receive all rights and benefits of the classified service, as if such positions were in the classified service, until policies of the state board of regents establishing personnel policies and procedures for such positions are adopted and become effective.
