76-2133. Same; sale condition. Said land shall be sold subject to the condition that if within a period of twenty
(20)years from the date that said land is deeded to the purchaser, purchaser shall desire to sell any unimproved portion of said land, it shall first offer same to the state of Kansas at the price per acre which purchaser has paid to the state of Kansas hereunder.
