76-2029. Same; penalties for violations. Any person, firm, association or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25) or be confined to the county jail not to exceed thirty
(30)days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
