76-1932. Legal proceedings for refusal to vacate upon discharge. If any member shall refuse to vacate the premises upon being discharged by the director of the Kansas office of veterans services, such member shall forfeit such member's right to subsistence and rations for the member and the member's dependents, if any, and the director of the Kansas office of veterans services shall institute legal proceedings to force such member to vacate the premises.
