76-1929. Discharge of members who violate rules and regulations for management and operation of home; notice and hearing. The director of the Kansas office of veterans services may discharge any member who violates such rules and regulations, except that no member shall be discharged without notice to such member and a right to be heard concerning such charges in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
