76-1615. Object of center. The object of the Winfield state hospital and training center shall be
(1)to examine, treat, educate and rehabilitate the persons admitted or transferred thereto so as to make such persons more comfortable, happy and better fitted to care for and support themselves; and
(2)to provide care or physical rehabilitation for those persons admitted or transferred thereto who because of age or physical handicaps cannot benefit from an educational program.
