75-755. Rules and regulations to carry out special sentencing provisions for domestic violence offenders. The attorney general shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of subsection
(p)of K.S.A. 21-6604 , and amendments thereto, on or before July 1, 2011.
