75-5644. Duties of advisory commission; meetings; clerical services. The advisory commission for children with special health care needs shall consult with and advise the secretary of health and environment on matters relating to children with special health care needs. All expenditures by the secretary of health and environment from the special bequest fund shall be subject to the approval of the advisory commission for children with special health care needs. The advisory commission for children with special health care needs shall meet at least once each year or upon the call of the secretary of health and environment.
The secretary of health and environment shall provide to the advisory commission for children with special health care needs all necessary clerical services.
