75-5620. Report by secretary; persons receiving. Not more than six
(6)months after the effective date of this order, the secretary of health and environment shall report to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives and the president of the senate. Such report shall contain specific recommendations for possible consolidation or transfer of powers, duties or functions within the department of health and environment.
