75-5510. Same; conversion of monthly rates fixed for housing, food service or other employee maintenance to biweekly rates. If biweekly payroll periods are established under K.S.A. 75-5501a which apply to state officers or employees who are receiving housing, food service or other employee maintenance from a state agency under K.S.A. 75-2961a , the existing monthly rates fixed for such housing, food service or other employee maintenance, as provided under K.S.A. 75-2961a , shall be converted by the secretary of administration to biweekly rates for use in the system of payroll accounting, by multiplying the monthly rate by twelve
(12)and by dividing such annualized rate by twenty-six (26), rounding off any fraction of such biweekly rate to the next highest cent.
