75-4712. Adoption of rules and regulations by executive chief information technology officer. The executive chief information technology officer shall adopt rules and regulations as provided in K.S.A. 75-4718 , and amendments thereto, for the acquisition, retention and use of telecommunications services by all divisions, departments and agencies of the state and by private, nonprofit corporations and governmental units which have entered into agreements with the executive chief information technology officer under K.S.A. 75-4709 , and amendments thereto, and for the purposes of administering and enforcing the provisions of this act.
