75-3789. Penalties for violations of act.
(1)Any person who shall violate any provision of this act shall, upon conviction of any such violation, be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment of not to exceed six
(6)months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(2)Any officer or employee of any state agency convicted of violating any of the provisions of this act shall forfeit office and ouster proceedings shall be brought in the manner as prescribed in the code of civil procedure.
