75-3726b. Transfer of certain items of appropriation; attorney general. During any fiscal year, the attorney general may transfer all or any part of one of the attorney general's items of appropriation for the fiscal year from the state general fund to another of the attorney general's items of appropriation for the fiscal year from the state general fund for operating expenditures regarding interstate water rights. The attorney general shall certify each such transfer to the director of accounts and reports and shall transmit a copy of each such certification at the same time to the director of the budget and the director of the legislative research department.
The provisions of this section shall not apply to any item of appropriation for the attorney general for the Kansas bureau of investigation.
