75-3702o. Resolution of conflicts in transfers from Kansas, Inc. When any conflict arises as to the disposition of any records, property, power, duty, or function or the unexpended balance of any appropriation as a result of any abolition made by or under the authority of K.S.A. 74-8001a and 75-3702k through 75-3702p , and amendments thereto, such conflict shall be resolved by the governor, whose decision shall be final.
