75-3348. Conveyance of certain lands in Neosho county to U.S.D. No. 413; deed.
(a)The secretary of social and rehabilitation services shall convey to unified school district No. 413, Neosho county, Kansas, the following described state property adjacent to the grounds of southeast Kansas tuberculosis hospital, consisting of approximately 33.67 acres, and described as follows: That portion of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter (SW ¼ SE ¼) of section 19, township 27 south, range 18 east of the 6 th p.m., Neosho county, Kansas, commencing at the southwest corner thereof, thence north along the west line thereof to the northwest corner thereof, thence east along the north line thereof to the northeast corner thereof, thence south 415 feet, thence west 300 feet, thence south to the south line thereof, thence west to the point of beginning, less the highway right-of-way adjacent to the south side of said tract.
(b)The deed conveying the above-described land shall be approved by the attorney general and shall be executed by the secretary of social and rehabilitation services. Such deed shall provide that in the event the above-described land shall cease to be used for school purposes, then all right, title and interest in such land shall revert to the state of Kansas.
