75-2929h. Same; appeals from orders of board. Subject to the provisions of this section, the Kansas judicial review act shall be applicable to appeals from orders of the civil service board. In any such appeal, the civil service board shall not be a named party to the proceedings. Parties to such appeals shall be:
(a)The aggrieved employee, former employee or applicant;
(b)the state agency that took the action that was appealed to the civil service board; and
(c)any party the district court permits to intervene in the district court action. An order of the civil service board may be affirmed, reversed or modified by the district court on appeal. Applications for a stay or other temporary remedies shall be to the state agency that took the action that was appealed to the civil service board.
