75-2557. Same; certification by state librarian of amounts payable; duties of director of accounts and reports. Annually, on or before February 15, the state librarian shall certify to the director of accounts and reports the amounts payable for the current year to each of the libraries in the state as computed under the provisions of K.S.A. 75-2555 , and amendments thereto. The director of accounts and reports shall draw warrants on the moneys available for grants-in-aid for local public libraries and regional libraries as specified by the state librarian pursuant to vouchers approved by the state librarian or the state librarian's designee.
The director of accounts and reports shall notify the state treasurer and the state librarian of such action.
