75-1308. Record of fees and expenses; disposition of moneys received; bank commissioner fee fund. The commissioner shall keep a record of all fees collected by the commissioner, together with a record of all expenses incurred in the administration of programs regulated by the division of banking and in the administration of programs regulated by the division of consumer and mortgage lending. The bank commissioner shall remit all moneys received by or for the commissioner from such fees to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215 , and amendments thereto.
Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury. Ten percent of each such deposit shall be credited to the state general fund and the balance shall be credited to the bank commissioner fee fund. All expenditures from the bank commissioner fee fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the bank commissioner or by a person or persons designated by the commissioner.
