75-1001c. Function of central duplicating transferred to division of printing; transfer of funds. The function of central duplicating of the division of administrative services of the department of administration is hereby transferred to the division of printing. On the effective date of this act, all amounts in the depreciation fund cash account of the central duplicating revolving fund shall be transferred by the director of accounts and reports to the intragovernmental printing service depreciation reserve fund.
All assets and liabilities of the central duplicating revolving fund, except the amount in the depreciation fund cash account, shall on the effective date of this act be transferred to the intragovernmental printing service fund and the central duplicating revolving fund is hereby abolished on the effective date of this act.
