74-8845. Severability clause. The provisions of K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 74-8843 and 74-8844 , and amendments thereto, are hereby declared to be severable. If any part or provision of K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 74-8843 and 74-8844 , and amendments thereto, is held to be void, invalid or unconstitutional, such part or provision shall not affect or impair any of the remaining parts or provisions of this act, and any such remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
