74-8775. Kansas lottery audit contract committee; membership.
(a)There is hereby created the Kansas lottery audit contract committee, which shall consist of the following members:
(1)The executive director of the Kansas lottery or a Kansas lottery employee designated by the executive director;
(2)the chairperson of the Kansas lottery commission or a commission member designated by the chairperson of the Kansas lottery commission; and
(3)the post auditor or a person designated by the post auditor. The executive director of the Kansas lottery or the person designated by the executive director to serve as a member of the Kansas lottery audit contract committee shall be the chairperson of the committee.
(b)The Kansas lottery audit contract committee shall meet on the call of the chairperson of such committee. A vote of two members of the committee shall be required for any action of the committee.
