74-7027. Authority of board at hearings; witnesses, compulsory attendance. In performing its powers, duties and functions under the provisions of this act, the board shall have authority to issue an order under its seal compelling the attendance and testimony of witnesses or compelling the production of books, papers, records, documents or other evidence at any hearing before the board involving the revocation or suspension of license or certificate of authorization issued under K.S.A. 74-7036 , and amendments thereto, or practicing or offering to practice without a license or certificate of authorization issued under K.S.A. 74-7036 , and amendments thereto.
All such hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
