74-629. Organization of commission office; delegation of powers and duties to executive director, general counsel and division and other directors. The state corporation commission is authorized to organize the office of the state corporation commission as it deems most efficient, so long as the same is not in conflict with law. Division directors, and other directors specified in subsection
(b)of K.S.A. 74-630 , the general counsel and the executive director shall perform such duties and exercise powers as are delegated by the state corporation commission and such duties and powers as are prescribed by law.
